Session Structure
Each training session includes a complete fencing workout:

Warm-up — Dynamic stretching and fitness exercises

Footwork — Fundamental movement patterns and techniques

Bladework — Weapon skills, drills, and technique development
4
Bouting — Practice bouts and competitive sparring
5
Cool-down — Stretching and session review
What to Bring
- Comfortable athletic clothing
- Enclosed shoes (runners/sneakers)
- Water bottle
- Hand towel
All fencing equipment is provided.
